Four New Officers Join Chelmsford Pd

CHELMSFORD - Four new Chelmsford police officers will hit the streets this week after graduation from the police academy Friday. Police Chief James Spinney said officers Matthew Fernald, Aidan Gillis, Keith Lecyznski and Ashley Rokas graduated from the 21-week Methuen Police Academy at Northern Essex Community College.
