A man who tried to climb on a bike rack outside of the White House has been arrested.
WUSA-TV reports (http://on.wusa9.com/1HG4gwN ) that the man was arrested just after 2 p.m. on Sunday after trying to climb on the bike rack set up outside of the White House fence.
The station reports that the man has been taken into custody, though no charges have been filed.
