Three members of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission staff said state's looking to bar Tesla Motors from selling in their state should consider consumers' needs first, then auto dealers. Bloomberg reported The FTC directors said states such as Arizona, New Jersey and Texas, which ban direct sales of cars to consumers, should reconsider.
