Tarlov became the first marketing director at Partnership with Children, an organization that provides counseling to at-risk students at New York City's public schools, in 2011. Originally hired to support ADL's multimedia Holocaust education project, she went on to serve in a number of roles in support of the human rights organization's mission to combat hate and anti-Semitism. A graduate of Norwalk High School and Boston University, Tarlov earned a graduate certificate in teaching and learning with technology from Teachers College at Columbia University.
