G1 Closes Ipo, Raising $108m

Research Triangle Park-based G1 Therapeutics (Nasdaq: GTHX) has closed its initial pubic offering, raising more than $108 million. “G1 Therapeutics received approximately $108.6 million in proceeds from the offering, net of underwriting discounts and commissions, but before estimated offering expenses,” the company announced Tuesday.
