BOSTON (AP) — Another drop in gas prices in Massachusetts is welcome news for Thanksgiving travelers. AAA Southern New England reports Monday that the price of a gallon of self-serve, regular has dropped 6 cents in the past week to an average of $2.87 per gallon. Even though the in-state price is 22 cents lower than a month ago and 48 cents per gallon lower than a year ago, it remains 6 cents per gallon above the national average.
