Mayor Bloomberg acknowledged Friday that his odd/even gas rationing plan might not ease the long waits for frustrated drivers seeking full tanks. “There’s no guarantee the odd/even is going to make a big difference,” the mayor said WOR-AM’s “The John Gambling Show” shortly after the plan went into effect at 6 a.m.
