General Dynamics To Buy Fidelis Security Systems

Falls Church-based contracting giant General Dynamics said today it will buy cybersecurity company Fidelis Security Systems, its fourth acquisition of the year. Fidelis, which has about 70 employees at locations in Waltham, Mass. and Bethesda, provides software to help its users see the activity on their networks and better stop data breaches, according to General Dynamics.
