Atlanta has long been associated with frustrating commutes on its clogged up Perimeter. But lately, the traffic there is notable for a more cutting edge element: It’s become the second largest market in the country for electric vehicles. “Atlanta is the perfect storm,” said Cornelius Willingham, electric vehicle strategy and business development manager for Nissan North America.
