Eligibility is based on whether a man has limited income, does not have Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance that can pay for screenings, is at least 45 years of age or 40 for African-Americans, or have had a close male family member who was diagnosed with prostate cancer at less than 65 years old. Eligible men can receive prostate-specific antigen blood testing from Baptist Hospital phlebotomists, blood glucose testing and blood pressure testing, HIV screening and Hepatitis C screening.
