Before a packed gym in Schuylerville, Joseph Girard III became the all-time leading scorer in Section II boys' basketball on Thursday. Behind an early barrage of 3-pointers from Girard, Glens Falls built a double-digit lead and cruised to an 81-64 Foothills Council win over Schuylerville. Girard made 12 3-pointers and finished with 50 points for the third straight game. Girard set the new standard with a free throw early in the fourth quarter.
