Gm Tonawanda To Be Featured On Science Channel

The General Motors Co. Tonawanda Engine Plant will be featured in a TV documentary to air on Science Channel on Thursday, Oct. 2. A crew visited the plant a few months ago to film the LT1 Corvette engine being built. Then they spent the next four days at GM’s Bowling Green Assembly plant, filming the Chevrolet Corvette being assembled, using the Tonawanda engine. The show on Science Channel show is called “How it’s Made: Dream Cars Season 2,” and is scheduled to air at 10 p.m.
