Here’s what your morning routine should look like, according to Laura Mae Martin, Google’s executive productivity advisor. Whether or not breakfast is the most important meal of the day is up for debate. What’s not, however, is the importance of mornings. Laura Mae Martin, author of Uptime: A Practical Guide to Personal Productivity and Well-being, says those first couple of hours deserve and require more attention than other parts of your day.
