WASHINGTON — Gov. Rick Scott met with Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell for just over an hour Wednesday to try to resolve a health care funding issue at the heart of the current budget impasse, but said after “we don’t have a resolution” as state lawmakers prepare for a June 1 special session.
