California voters — Democrats, Republicans and independents alike — say they are less enthusiastic about this year’s statewide election than they were about either of the previous two, a new poll by the nonpartisan Public Policy Institute of California has found.“This is an election that is not drawing a lot of interest,” pollster Mark Baldassare said.
