An Illinois woman is behind bars, accused of killing a cat and four kittens because her grandchildren didn't clean their rooms. Josephine E. Bell, a 71-year-old grandmother from Godfrey, Illinois, allegedly admitted to the killings when police came to her home Monday evening on an animal cruelty investigation, according to KSDK. A teenage girl told police she'd found her dead cat in the freezer.
