Gunman sought after shots fired in I-580 road-rage incident A pistol-packing driver who fired at least three shots at another motorist in an East Bay road-rage incident on Interstate 580 is being sought by California Highway Patrol officers who recovered a clue he left behind at the scene — his front bumper with the license plate attached. The shooting occurred on westbound Interstate 580, west of Regatta Boulevard in Richmond, at 5:48 p.m.
