The ringleader of a gun- trafficking ring that imported arms to New York via Chinatown buses pleaded guilty Wednesday in exchange for 17 years in prison. Michael Bassier admitted he and others conspired to hide 112 firearms inside gym bags on each of the dozen trips he took into Manhattan from neighboring cities.
