Hagerstown Man Guilty Of Burglary Tries To Get Stiff Prison Term Reduced

A former Hagerstown man convicted in 2009 of three counts of first-degree burglary was in Washington County Circuit Court on Wednesday in an effort to get his prison sentence reduced.
