STAMFORD-Police have charged a Norwalk handyman with stealing two checks worth just over $2,800 from an elderly Stamford customer and cashing them right after the woman died. Ralph Esposito, 60, of Wolfpit Avenue, was charged with second-degree larceny and is being held on a $25,000 court appearance bond before his arraignment Wednesday at the Stamford courthouse. Sgt.
