HANOVER TWP. — A township firefighter on Monday was lauded for saving a man’s life at a recent Hanover Area boys basketball game. Township commissioners honored Lt. Chris Halecki at their monthly meeting. Halecki and others helped revive Mike Piscotty Sr.
