Harry Reid is going to make the most of his last 22 months in politics by having some fun, starting with the 2016 GOP hopefuls, including maybe just a little bit of damning by his own praise. "I like that guy. He is so nice," Reid said of Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).
