Have You Seen This Buckle? Veteran's Family Searching For Lost Item

The belt buckle has "Conrad Metcalf" engraved in its metal. It belonged to a retired U.S. Navy commander and Vietnam War veteran. That is the only thing Metcalf's daughter knows for sure.
