A Haverford man is facing 58 criminal charges for allegedly running a counterfeit credit card ring that targeted banks throughout Pennsylvania, including a Citizens Bank branch on W. Eagle Road. Lovell "Vell" Davis III, 34, was arrested Wednesday by special agents from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office with assistance from Haverford Township Police at his home in the 300 block of Francis Drive.
