Hazel Park voters will decide Aug. 4 whether to renew a reduced police millage that was originally part of a millage passed four years ago."This millage is absolutely critical in order for us to continue to deliver quality services," said City Manger Ed Klobucher. "Without this renewal on a reduced millage we will lose important police capabilities.
