He survived after bungee cord broke

An extreme sport had an extreme result for Mark Afforde: His cord broke when he bungee-jumped 300 feet from the Canyon Creek Bridge in Washington state and he fell another 25 feet into the water. Amazingly, he waded out under his own power.
