In June, The Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission and the Washington State Department of Health suspended the credential of Clark County pharmacist Lynne Renee Workman, pending further proceedings. Workman allegedly had 58 tablets of a variety of controlled substance medication in her possession which had been taken from the pharmacy where she was employed.
