A 24-year-old Houston man has canceled his re-arraignment hearing during which defendants have an opportunity to change their plea from not guilty to guilty. A court staffer of U.S. District Judge Lynn N. Hughes said the parties both agreed to canceling the 2 p.m. hearing Wednesday for Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, who was charged with providing material support to ISIS.
