By chhun sun chhun.sun@gazette.com -A preliminary hearing for a Fountain man who was charged with first-degree murder and first-degree arson in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found in a burning home is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday.Thomas Lee Turley, 29, was arrested in February after the body of Larissa Gabriella Tiffany-Schiess, 28, was found in her home on Candlestar Loop South in Fountain.An arrest warrant for Turley was issued Feb.
