A Madison Heights man accused of fatally shooting his wife while his two children were home faces a hearing later this month on the evidence prosecutors have against him.Suspect Brian Chris Lytle, 44, was in Madison Heights 43rd District Court on Wednesday for a conference with his attorney and prosecutors.
