(AP) — A hearing is scheduled for an Oklahoma man facing a charge related to the 1992 deaths of two women and a girl whose bodies were found in a hole dug for a septic tank. In a deal reached with prosecutors last week involving the same case, Prewitt's sister, Beverly Noe, was sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading no contest to being an accessory to first-degree murder in the three deaths.
