Hearings Set Today In Stamford Handsaw Hacker Case

STAMFORD-Before jury selection in the case of a man charged with nearly cutting off the hand of a suitor to his ex-girlfriend commences Tuesday, motions to throw out evidence from from the state and defendant will be heard at the Stamford courthouse today. On June 26, 2015 Cesar Oliverio, 37, allegedly entered his former girlfriend’s apartment and laid in wait for her to return from what he suspected was a date, police said.
