They’re not cute and cuddly puppies or kittens. They are wet, wiggly and dislike hugs. They are tropical fish looking for good homes, and PAWSibilities Humane Society of Greater Akron has about 20 small fish available for adoption.Trying to find adopted homes for the rescued fish is “a little out of the ordinary,” said Diane Johnson, president and chief executive officer of the humane agency. But it is working out reasonably well — with her group already finding homes for about 40 fish, to date, she said.“Frankly, we didn’t know fish were that interesting, but we’re glad they are,” Johnson said.
