Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper was against legalizing marijuana in the first place -- but once the voters spoke, he went along and defended Coloradans' right to use recreational pot. Now, however, in an interview with CNN, he appears to be opening the door a crack to the idea of re-criminalizing cannabis. Hickenlooper was interviewed for a CNN piece posted Friday that noted a rise in Colorado crime rates since 2014, when recreation marijuana went on sale legally in the state following a constitutional amendment passed by voters in November 2012.
