A 10-mile stretch of Interstate 15 was closed for a couple hours Sunday afternoon after high winds tipped over three semi trucks in seperate incidents on a curve four miles north of Brigham City. Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Lee Perry said the first semi truck crash, which wasnât carrying cargo, occurred at about 10 a.m.
