Two cities will decide Tuesday whether to bring Single A minor-league professional baseball to the Metro area. Hillsboro, which is likely to begin a lease agreement with a team in the Northwest Baseball League, will vote to spend $15 million in bonds on a new stadium and parking facilities. And Milwaukie, which has spent nearly a year studying the feasibility of bringing baseball to its town, will vote on whether it should continue pursuing a team at all.
