The mansion built on a rise off Ridge Road in 1913 by shipping tycoon Harry Coulby is today Wickliffe's City Hall, still surrounded by the 54 acres where Coulby had his formal gardens. Architect Frederick W. Strieberger designed the home with two central entrances - one in front and the other in back - both leading directly to the main hall.
