Historic Waterford Wwii Memorial Finds New Home

A long standing memorial honoring those who served in World War II has found a new home in Waterford. The Blue Star Mothers of America memorial, Drayton Plains chapter, was erected at 3000 Sashabaw Road in June of 1948. The property it sits on is currently for sale, most recently the site of the old Academy of Waterford which has been closed for several years.
