A 120-foot observation tower is beginning to take shape at Holden Arboretum.Large portions of the Walter and Jean Kalberer Emergent Tower are scheduled to be airlifted into place by helicopter on Oct. 27, weather-permitting."It should be pretty remarkable," said Vicki McDonald, arboretum marketing and public relations specialist.
