Host Hotels And Resorts (hst) Stock Dropping On Negative Analyst Note

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Host Hotels and Resorts was downgraded to "neutral" from "outperform" at Credit Suisse, which lowered its price target to $22 from $23. Yesterday, Host Hotels and Resorts reported its 2015 second quarter financial results with earnings of $0.28 per share on revenue of $1.44 billion. This compares to earnings of $0.21 per share on revenue of $1.43 billion for the same period one year ago. Core second quarter 2015 FFO (funds from operation) per share of $1.30 beat Jefferies's $1.27 versus street estimate of $1.25.
