Hotel, Student Housing In Works For Former Pabst Brewery Building Near Downtown

Blue Ribbon Management LLC is seeking city of Milwaukee approval to build a hotel and student housing in a former Pabst Brewing Co. building in The Brewery development. Pending final approval, restoration work could start this winter for a fall 2016 opening, according to a press release from Zilber Property Group, which is overseeing The Brewery development.
