Housing Prices Back To Pre-recession Levels, Study Shows

Since the housing crash in 2006, home prices have slowly rebounded. The average home price for September crept above pre-recession levels by one percent. Nationally, over the past year, prices soared five and a half percent. Don Dahler reports.
