Ruby Robinson is ready to come home. For three months after Harvey, she carried the denial letter from her insurance company everywhere she went, hoping she would run into someone who could help while she waited to hear from Federal Emergency Management Agency. Robinson is scheduled to return to her house in Nome this week. "I'm so glad, if I could jump I would," she said Tuesday, joking that she would happily sleep in a tent in the yard for the next two nights until repairs are complete.
