IBM (NYSE: IBM) recently announced it was partnering with China's Dalian Wanda Group to form a joint venture called The Wanda Cloud Company. This is a big deal -- both figuratively and literally, as Dalian Wanda is one of China's largest conglomerates. The company reported 2015 revenues of RMB 290 billion, or roughly $42 billion dollars.
