Published 01:48 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2012 Houston police Chief Charles McClelland could be held in contempt for statements he made to reporters after he testified in the trial of a former HPD officer accused in the 2010 beating of a 15-year-old. Dick DeGuerin, Blomberg's attorney, said McClelland should not be talking to anyone about his testimony because he is a witness in the trial. Outside the presence of the jury, Guerrero asked Feldman and DeGuerin whether McClelland was properly admonished about the prohibition against speaking about testimony during a trial.
