Wyatt, a longtime resident of Sag Harbor and Manhattan, spent decades in journalism. At the New York Daily News, heÂ started as a copy boy in 1965Â and became a reporter, editor and music columnist. He also wrote a biography of jazz saxophonist Sonny Rollins.
