LOS ANGELES — After he earned his first major-league save in the 13th inning of Monday night’s 5-2 win, rookie Hunter Strickland’s teammates shoved him into a laundry cart, rolled him into the showers and seasoned him with all manner of liquids: salad dressing, lotion, whatever. Manager Bruce Bochy does not have to say where Strickland stands in the bullpen pecking order. Bochy called it “pretty evident” that Strickland will be part of any playoff roster, saying, “This guy is going to play a major role in these six games, and hopefully further.” The new visiting clubhouse at Dodger Stadium is so tiny, that with expanded rosters, some Giants have to dress in a storage room, alongside paper cups, gum and all manner of equipment, including vacuum cleaners. Hudson said his bullpen session Monday “hummed like an Indy 500 practice lap.” Henry Schulman is a San Francisco Chronicle staff writer.
