In a release from the Justice Department, U.S. Attorney Stephanie A. Finley said Johnson Augustus Powell, 54, was sentenced to 24 months in prison and three years of supervised release. U.S. District Judge Richard T. Haik also ordered him to pay $7,500 in restitution to the Motion Picture Association of America.
