On September 2nd, 2005, Kanye West told the world that "George Bush didn't care about black people," because of the government's horrendous response to Hurricane Katrina during A Concert For Hurricane Relief. It was one of the biggest downloaded and viewed videos on C&L at the time and it captured the raw emotions running through the veins of the America people.
