SEATTLE — The husband of Heart singer Ann Wilson was charged with two counts of assault Wednesday in connection with an attack on two young male relatives at the group’s White River Amphitheatre concert on Friday. Dean Stuart Wetter, 65, was charged with one count of second-degree assault and one count of fourth-degree assault and was released on $10,000 bail.
